Service Description

Art for Mindfulness and Gratitude is a weekly class exploring the importance of gratitude in our daily lives. A calm and inviting space to create and make art while being mindful, present and reflecting on gratitude. A wonderful way to meet others and share stories while being creative. This is not a technique class and all materials will be available for use. However if you do need some guidance, our facilitator Danielle can help and guide you. This is an introduction to mindful and gratitude practices for everyday. While this groups can feel therapeutic this is not an in depth art therapy group. Should you wish for deeper self reflection please have a look at Art for Wellbeing weekly groups or our one on one sessions. Book your spot online, an invoice will be sent to you in Week 1 for full payment of this course About the Artist - Danielle Minett Danielle is a local art therapist with a passion for art and wellness in the community. She is also an artist with a focus on watercolour, illustration and photography. A lover of people, the ocean and creativity and a passionate believer in the healing power of art. We recommend booking this course for a full term, however, we do have the option available to book week by week. This would cost $35 per week and is pending availability.
