Art and Wellness Art Therapy will be held in a group environment with a focus on mental well being, stress reduction and mindfulness. Each week will introduce a theme for shared discussion followed by a creative art activity. Group conversation and sharing will follow. The groups will provide attendees with a quiet space to participate in mindful creativity and discussion, taking a break from the busy world.
Artist Bio: Danielle is a local art therapist with a passion for art and wellness in the community. She is also an artist with a focus on watercolour, illustration and photography. A lover of people, the ocean and creativity and a passionate believer in the healing power of art.
